Dale's Diary: Rallying Call!

"I wanted to say a few words after a tough few weeks where we have struggled to maintain a settled side, get results and enjoy ourselves. It is our first season in a new league and it has become obvious that the teams that do well in our division have a regular bunch of players that have played together for a while.

We have acquitted ourselves well and have struggled for consistency due to not having a regular side especially in defence and losing PJ didn't help, added to that Steve has been away for a while. We will turn this around and need a week where we put in the effort, play tough and strong and come away with a victory.

Let's start turning up and walk off that pitch knowing that we have put 100% into every challenge and every run and helped out our teammates throughout the 90 minutes. We need to listen to instructions and follow them through, we shouldn't need to be told more than once and the game will run smoother.

But, most importantly, turn up with a smile on your face and enjoy this, whether you start or are a sub, and if we walk off having put 100% into everything then our Sunday mornings will be so much more enjoyable and we'll start to win some games.

Let's enjoy the last few games of the season. Up the Loko!"
