Your Captain Roger Barnes:"The new season is now up and running and we must give our full support to the manager Dale. I must admit that I was not sure what to expect from the new manager but the way Dale has organised the team in the opening two games despite large numbers of the squad being unavailable and having to look at new players at the same time has convinced me that Dale can go on and do a good job this season.
We must remain positive after suffering two league defeats, as we know once we have the core of the squad available, together with the addition of the new players - who have all made a good impression - we will be difficult to beat as we proved last week by winning our opening group match in the cup with a good performance."
